It was a wake-up call,” Reuben shared. He realized that no job was worth sacrificing his health. Since then, he’s prioritized healthier habits and lost 30 pounds, feeling like a brand new person.

This experience also taught Reuben the importance of valuing his work appropriately. “I tried to match someone else’s bid on that specific job and realized that I was undervaluing myself. Now, I set prices that make sense for me, the customer, and reflect the quality of work I provide.”
